What we do with what you tell Val.

Surfstung Owner Referrals is operated by Surfstung, LLC. An independent referral service for vacation rental owners, operated by Surfstung, LLC. Not operated by, owned by or affiliated with Dwell Vacation Rentals.

What we collect

Only what you type to Val or text us: your property’s town, address and bedrooms, how it’s rented today, your name, phone, email, whether you want Dwell’s assessment, and a good time for a call. The conversation itself is kept so the referral team can pick it up where Val left off.

Who sees it

The referral team. If you say yes to Dwell’s assessment, we pass your property and contact details to Dwell Vacation Rentals’ owner services team so they can follow up with you. We don’t share them with anyone else, and we don’t sell them.

Follow-ups

Val may send you an email follow-up that reopens your conversation. Every one has a way to stop it. Reply STOP to any text and we won’t text again.

Getting it removed

Text us at 843-442-7992 and ask, and we’ll delete what we hold about you. Anything already passed to Dwell is held by Dwell under its own policies.
